We raise 100% grass-fed Hereford cattle who spend their entire lives on pasture. Our cattle eat no animal tissues or antibiotics and the only growth hormones are the ones the animals’ bodies produce for themselves.

We also sell a variety of seasonal wild fruits and nuts, including blackberries, persimmons, pecans, and black walnuts.
By “wild,” we mean that these trees and vines plant and tend themselves; our only role in the process is to gather the fruits as they ripen. That also makes them effectively “natural” and “organic,” although we are not certified.
