We sell grass fed Texas Longhorn beef. For over 20 years we have studied and lived on a heart-healthy diet. We believe our beef is " a smart choice for red meat."

Grass fed beef in general much healtier than feedlot beef. Texas Longhorn in addition has natural characteristics of lower choresteral and lower fat than other breeds.
