The mission of PrimaCafe is twofold. PrimaCafe is in business to bring to our customers the highest quality coffees possible while promoting a better standard of living for the farmers who cultivate this coffee. We carefully select each coffee for its exceptional cup characteristics and its artisanal farming practices. We support independent farmers and small farmers co-ops whenever possible. All coffees available through the Oklahoma Food Cooperative are Certified Organic and Fair Trade Certified. PrimaCafe is very proud to serve as the link between people who have a passion for excellent coffee and the grower who produces it. All coffees are custom roasted upon receipt of your order. Our roastery is in Oklahoma City, but our roaster lives in Denton, TX. PrimaCafe is Certified Organic by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food & Forestry. Our Organic Certificate number is ORF-22. Additional information on the coops from which we purchase our coffees and teas is available by request. We are members of Coop America.
